1. Who we are

2. The data we collect

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone number (optional), country and billing address.
• Profile data: login details, dashboard activity, account settings and the record of your acceptance of the Terms and this policy (date, time, IP address and version).
• Identity verification (KYC): identity document, selfie or liveness check, proof of address and the results of identity and sanctions checks. You complete it in the dashboard, through our verification provider.
• Purchases and payments: products bought, amounts, promotional codes, payment method and transaction IDs. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. For crypto payments and payouts: wallet addresses, networks and transaction hashes.
• Trading data: trades, orders, balances, equity, results and rule checks on your accounts.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, logs and security data.
• Communications: the emails and messages you send us.
• Marketing: your newsletter subscription and preferences.
• Affiliates: affiliate details, website, promotion methods, referral statistics and USDT wallet.

3. How we use your data and our legal bases

Identity verification (KYC). We use your KYC data only to confirm your identity, to check that the person who buys, the person who is verified and the person who receives payouts are the same, to send payouts only to you and to meet our legal obligations. If the verification compares your selfie with your document, our provider processes biometric data with your explicit consent, which you give at the start of the verification. Your KYC documents are only seen by our verification provider and our compliance team, and by authorities when the law requires it.

4. Automated decisions

Drawdown limits are checked automatically by the platform. If a limit is reached, the account is closed automatically, as this is part of the service you buy. Payout reviews are carried out by our team. You can ask us to review any decision by emailing us.

5. Who we share your data with

• Service providers acting on our behalf: the trading platform and dashboard provider, website hosting in the European Union, card and crypto payment processors, the identity verification provider, email and newsletter tools, the affiliate tracking tool, and analytics and advertising providers (Google and Meta).
• Authorities, courts or regulators, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
• A buyer or successor, in the event of a merger or sale of the business.

We do not sell your personal data. Affiliates only see statistics about their referrals, such as purchases and commissions; they do not receive your contact details or documents.

Certificates on our website. When you pass a challenge or receive a payout, we may show your certificate on our website as it was issued (name, account and amount). If you would rather it was not shown, email info@spacefundedhq.com and we will remove it.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. When data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on adequacy decisions, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or on standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep your data

• Profile, account, trading, purchase and payout data: while you are a client and for 5 years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting obligations and to defend claims.
• KYC and anti-money laundering records: 5 years from the end of the relationship, or longer if the law requires.
• Support communications: up to 3 years.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookies: for the periods shown in the cookie settings.

8. Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country with similar laws, you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, ask for a copy in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also ask for a person to review an automated decision. Email info@spacefundedhq.com: we will reply within one month and may ask you to verify your identity. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

9. Cookies

We use necessary cookies so that the website, the checkout and security features work; these are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) are only activated with your consent. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time from «Cookie settings».

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and providers that offer appropriate safeguards. No system is completely secure, so please keep your credentials safe.

11. Minors

The Services are only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find out that we have, we delete it.
